At Melton Mortuary we believe that a comfortable environment is an important factor in creating a memorable tribute to a loved one. Ours is an ongoing mission to maintain an environment that is always clean, fresh, and uplifting. Friends and relatives come from all walks of life and from different areas of the country to attend funerals, and we want the families we serve to be proud of choosing our funeral home.
Our spacious chapel features seating for over 160 people plus an overflow room with additional seating. Our public address system will accomodate seating throughout the building. The building, originally built in the 1940's, has had four major enlargements plus remodeling and interior makeovers too numerous to count. Our goal is for family and friends to feel as comfortable as possible.
In the arrangement room, families gather around a large table to plan a celebration to honor the life of a loved one.
All public areas of our facility is at ground level for easy access and we have a wheelchair available when needed.
Our modern, clean, well maintained vehicles are an additional testament to our commitment to providing only the best of service to our client families.
