My thoughts and prayers are with John Wayne's family. I remember him from junior high and high school with that charming grin. He was always so kind to me and I loved his laughter. May he rest in peace.

I first met John when he came to help work on my pool several years ago and we quickly became good friends. Over the years I always looked forward to John's visits and learning from his vast knowledge about inground pools. Because my pool is over thirty years old, it takes special care and John was always on call for me providing his cell phone number so that he could provide me instant advice. I will really miss John and our visits as much as his expertise. Sometimes John would see me first and yell out to me and that distinct voice of his always brought a big smile to my face. I always thought that Ideal Distributing was very fortunate to have an employee like John who represented so well. Please accept my deepest sympathy, Donnie, Debbie, and Brett Bowling

John and I were good friends since J.High. I haden't talked to him in a while but I have some great memmories of all the times we would spend together. Going places with him in his 55 Nomad, the Cadillac Hurst several of us bought at one time and would cruise Pete & Bobs in. One time we were cruising there in it and right in front of the place the muffler fell off. Without hesitation John jumped out picked it up and threw it in the back. He burned his hands a little but the old Caddy never even stopped. What great memmories with John, he was one of a kind and I am proud to have had him as a friend! I am truly sorry that I can't make the service, but him and his family will be forever in our thoughts and prayers.
With our deepest simpathy,
Mike, Lynette Rahall & Family
