James Richard Daniels

James Richard Daniels, age 82, of Glen White, West Virginia, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, November 19, 2022

James was born May 2, 1940 in Beckley, West Virginia, a son of Howard and Lydia (Kincaid) Daniels. He married the love of his life, Barbara Daniels on August 10, 1963.

Surviving James is his wife Barbara; daughter Mickey (Bryan); granddaughters; Stephanie, Sarah (Jamal), Samantha (Cameron); great-grandchildren; Aaron, Caitlyn, Steven, Kayden; sisters; Rosetta and Shelia. Extended family Scott, Daniel and Jason as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will miss him dearly.

James was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Lydia; brothers Cecil and Charles as well as sisters; Elizabeth and Lucille.

The pallbearers will be: Bryan, Scott, Daniel, David, Matthew, Brandon, Ryan and John.

Visitation will be Friday, November 25, 2022 from 12:00pm-1:00pm at the funeral home. The Funeral Service will be held Friday, November 25, 2022, 1:00 PM at Melton Mortuary and Cremation Center Chapel with Kenneth Parent officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens in Beckley.
