Victoria Delaine McGinnis

Victoria Delaine McGinnis born July 7th, 1978 of Lower Sandlick, in Beckley, West Virginia, went to be with the Lord on June 18th, of 2022.

She is preceeded in death by her son James Wayne Gibson, David Linville, daughter Cheyanne McGinnis, grandparents and great-grandparents

She was the wife of Richard Mark McGinnis also of Lower Sandlick Beckley, West Virginia, a mother to Timothy and Emily (Linville) Wampler of Beckley, Daughter to Harry James McGraw and Vickie Delaine Cutshall of Coshocton Ohio, sister to Marilyn Ann and Tim Ellis and family of Newcomerstown Ohio. Victoria as a daughter-in-law to Ronald and Betty McGinnis of Sandlick. She will be sadly missed by her aunts, uncles, neices, newphews and friends. She will be deeply loved and missed.
