David Michael Calacino

David Michael Calacino, 39, passed away on August 9, 2019.  David was born on April 24, 1980, to parents Bobby Joe Calacino Sr. of Daniels and Deborah Carol Calacino of Beaver.  David was a life-long resident of Crab Orchard and Mabscott, WV.  David attended Woodrow Wilson High School and held several jobs, among which were the WV Turnpike Commission and Beckley Insulation, he had previously worked in the local mines.

David is survived by a son, Dalton Michael Calacino and his companion, Shianne Johnston and granddaughter, McKinley Rose Calacino of Beckley; sister, Angela Dawn Shepherd and her husband, Mike of Beckley; brother, Bobby Joe Calacino Jr. and his companion, Ashlee Lynch of Crab Orchard; niece, Mikaela Dawn Shepherd of Beckley; nephew, Hunter Lee Calacino and his wife, Lois of Jacksonville, NC; close companion, Meegan Vanover; and several more nieces and nephews.

David was known for having a kind heart, for being very intelligent, and a friendly personality.  He will sorely be missed by not only his family, but many friends as well.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, August 15th, 2019 at the Melton Mortuary Chapel.
