Thomas Lee Farley Jr, 75, gained his wings on April 28th, 2019 after a long battle with cancer at Raleigh General Hospital. He was born on May 30th, 1943 to the late Thomas Lee Farley Sr and Winnie Ellen Hall Bolen Farley and was raised in Egeria, WV. He was preceded in death by his sisters Betty Worley, Mary Bolen, Elizabeth Bolen, Emma McBride, Marie Jennings, and Garnet Jennings; brothers Gene, Walter, Clownie, Ray, Lee Jr, Clint, & Denny Farley, Raymond & William Hall. Survived by Nellie Mullens. He is also survived by one son Clifton Farley and five daughters, Jenny State, Millie Martin, Darlene Lilly and Mary & Sharon Farley; eleven grandchildren Billy Ray Martin Jr, Angel Grimment(Joey), Scottie Martin(Jamie), Barbara & Joseph Slate, Mary Ellen Farley, Debra Farley(Jason Spence), Daniel Lilly(Stephanie, Gabriel Smith, Sabrina Steele (David), & Andrea Farley; seventeen great grandchildren, Travis Matherley II, Isabella & Sierra Slate, Noah & Collin Grimment, Colton & Remington Martin, Conner Farley, Wyatt & Ledger Ayers, Jace Spence, Taylor & Paisley Fraley, Brycen & Caitlyn Lilly, Greyson Steele & Xavier Brown Jr., Aaron Spence, Brady,Jacob and Zack Grimmett. He was a retired coal miner from Amigo Coal Company. He loved to be outdoors, ride four wheelers, his booz, women and music. He leaves behind a host of extended family and friends. Steve Erskine, Jedi Vandall,and Jim and Linda Smith his close friends. The family will release a later date for a celebration of life.
