Virginia "Holt" Justice Worley

VIRGINIA HOLT JUSTICE WORLEY, age 101 of Dandridge, TN and former resident of Eccles, West Virginia, and Glen Daniel, West Virginia passed away Monday, April 22, 2019, at Jefferson Park at Dandridge.  

She was born November 12, 1917, in Eccles, WV where she was the oldest member of the Breckenridge Baptist Church at Bolt WV, a graduate of Trap Hill High School, attended Morris Harvey College, a member of the Rebecca Lodge and Red Hats Club and other church and civic organizations.  

She was preceded in death by her husbands, J.B. Justice, and Denzil Worley; parents, R.D. Holt and Mary Margaret Rorrar Holt; daughter and son-in-law, Mary Alice (Justice) and Sam French

Mrs. Worley is survived by one son, Charles Graham Justice and wife Lynn; daughters, Becky Justice Woodring and husband Noland, Betty Sue Justice Melton and husband Mike and Brenda Justice Plunkett and husband, Doug; 11 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren and many friends.  

The family would like to extend a very special Thank You to the staff of Jefferson Park at Dandridge and Amedisys Hospice for their loving care.  In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts should be made to Amedisys Hospice Care at 1423 W Morris Blvd # C Morristown, TN 37813 or to the Breckenridge Baptist Church at P.O. Box 100 Fairdale WV 25839.

Funeral services will be held at 3 pm Friday at the Melton Mortuary Chapel on Harper Road in Beckley with Pastor Dewey Lowe officiating. Friends may call from 1 to 3 pm on Friday at the funeral home. Entombment will follow in the Sunset Memorial Gardens.
