Audrey L Burns Riddell, 76 of Alderson, WV passed away Monday January 13, 2025 at Peyton Hospice House. Born June 21, 1948 in Alderson, WV she was the daughter of the late Virgil Theodore and Katherine Bell Burns.

In addition to her parents she was proceeded in death by her husband Roy Eugene Riddell, sister Elizabeth (Libby) Burns and her oldest son Virgil Eugene Riddell.

Audrey graduated from Alderson High School in 1966. She was a mail carrier early in her career, worked at Kellwood factory until they closed and then she was the small business owner of Audrey's Slender Shapes. She helped raise her grandchildren and was caregiver to all who needed her.

Survivors include her daughter Carla (Tommy) Bradley of Alderson; son Michael (Lori) Riddell of Alderson. Grandchildren Courtney (AJ) Ringstaff of St Petersburg FL; Jamie Riddell (fiancé Dustin Morgan) of Fairmont, WV; Whitney Bradley, Dustin (fiancé Megan Lewis) Bradley of Alderson; Michael (Chelsea) Riddell of Alderson; Shawn Riddell of Ronceverte; Makayla Riddell of Parkersburg, WV; and Kynleigh Archer of Talcott, WV. She has 6 great grandchildren Truett, Emmaline, Wyatt, Waylynn, Asher & Ryker). She was loved and will be missed by many cousins, friends and all who knew her.

There will be a Celebration of Life in the Spring.
