Berkley Clarence Lewis Jr, 63 better known as "Apple Jack", born on February 11, 1961 went home to be with his Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, October 12th, 2024. Jack dearly loved his family and will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Vonda Lewis, brother Curtis Bailey, and grandson Liam Lewis. Those left to cherish his memory, include his wife of forty three years whom he loved more than anything, Anita Lewis, children Kristy Meadows, Billy(Katie) Lewis, and Laura(Lonnie) Ayers, grandchildren Zachary Meadows, Seth Lewis, Adam(Alix) Ayers, Hunter(Caralena) Ayers, Shyanne(Samuel) Stewart, and Chase Ayers, great-grandchildren Camryn, Riley, Stetson, and Ryder, and sisters Maxine(Lee) Bennett, and Delores(Gary) Thompson, and many special cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on October 19, 2024 at the Mattsville Community Church located at 1503 Lower Sandlick Road Beckley, West Virginia 25801 where he attended and loved. Services will begin at 1:00pm with Pastor Frank Vance officiating. Everyone is welcome to gather at 12:00pm with the family to remember Jack's wonderful life.
