Beth Ann Roark 65 of Coal City died peacefully surrounded by her family January 3, 2021 after a courageous battle with breast cancer.
Beth was born in Beckley, WV on December 13, 1955 to Bennie and Billie Hutchens. She was married for 46 years to Johnny Roark.
Beth loved her Savior, the Lord Jesus, with all her heart, she loved God’s Word. She was powerful prayer warrior, and only Heaven knows what a wonderful and eternal impact all her many years of faithful praying have had on her family, her friends and the world at large. She was a member of Vision Freewill Baptist Church.
Beth was employed by Raleigh County Board of Education as a teacher’s aide. Her plans were to retire February, 2021.
Beth is survived by daughter, Amy Keel and husband Shannon of Plum Orchard; son, Pastor Shane Roark and wife Christy of Daniels; daughter Angela Hall of Coal City; grandchildren, Ashley Saunders, Jacob Saunders, Allison Hall, Dustin Hall, Abbie Hall, Aubrey Roark, Harmonee Roark, AC Roark; great grandchildren, Alivia Toney, Morgan Ray Saunders; sisters, Bobbie and husband Gary Gravely, Rosalie Mitchem; as well as her sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews and extended family; special friend Karen Lilly;
Beth will be dearly missed by all that knew her.

A walk-thru visitation will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2021 from 10 am - 12 pm. A private family funeral service will begin at 12 noon. Interment will follow services at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
