Billy "Bill"Glen Harding, age 69, of Lester, West Virginia, passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at his home surrounded by his family.

Bill was born April 03, 1956 in Justice, West Virginia, a son of Theodore and Ethel Marjorie (Justice) Harding.

He is survived by his loving wife and his best friend of 51 years, Linda Sue Harding of Lester, WV and two sons, Scott L. Harding (Ashly Davis) of Lester, WV and Jesse G. Harding (Rickelle) of Clear Creek, WV, 5 grandchildren Victoria, Gracy, Michael, Jesse II, and Troy Harding, great-granddaughter Aurora Berry Collins, brother John (Dee) Harding, the "Wacker Pack" his 3 ducks, and his beloved shovel.

Bill was a true WV coal miner who loved to go camping, hunting, and enjoying his pond watching his ducks swim and play. Bill was a great guy who would always help someone if they were in need.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00pm Friday, January 16th, 2026 at Melton Mortuary Chapel with Elder Richard Gillespie officiating. Friends may visit beginning at 11:00am. Burial will follow at Bryson Cemetery in Maple Meadow with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to help with funeral expenses to be made to Melton Mortuary and Cremation Center.
