Bobby Joe Sevy, age 60 of Cool Ridge, WV passed away on May 11th, 2024. He was born on December 26th, 1963 in Oak Hill, WV.
Bobby was an excellent brick, block and stone mason for most of his life. He loved fishing, hunting, camping, growing a garden, playing horseshoes, going to flea markets and yard sales. He loved to wheel and deal and loved good company. Bobby was a great man who was kind and giving and would give you the shirt off his back. He was a sucker for good food and loved Amy's homemade biscuits and gravy.
Bobby was a beloved son, father, brother and uncle who will be missed dearly.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ronald and Rhonda Sevy, uncles Herbert Underwood, Ronald Sevy, Jr., and Sonny Sevy, aunts Marsha Atha, Helen (Ray) Stull, and Paulette (Emery) Meadows.
Those left to cherish his memory are his son, whom he loved dearly, Bobby James Sevy and his wife Amy of Cool Ridge, WV, mother Dianna Sevy of SC, sister Carolyn (Roger) Pack of SC, brother Rick (Donna) Sevy of Lanark, WV, sister Linda Graham and Curtis Clifton of SC, nieces Leslie (Steven) Bedford, LeAnne (Rick) Woods, and Chanda Large, nephews Toby Pack, Roger Pack, Heath (Olivia) Sevy, Kainan Sevy, Alex Workman, Cameron Workman, and Brandon Clifton; and cousin Elizabeth (Bo) Taylor, as well as many great-nieces, nephews, cousins, and several close friends who will miss him.
