Carol Messick Obituary

Carol Sue Messick was born on May 8, 1949 to her parents Eugene Ellison and Mary Bell (Fitzwater) Daily. She moved on to her Heavenly home on August 29, 2021 in Beckley, WV at the age of 72.

Carol Sue was preceded in death by her husband Richard Messick; sons Jonathan Shuff and Corey Shuff; and her sister Mary Katherine Succarotte.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her son Christopher (Kara) Shuff; grandchildren Shelby, Christopher, Korie and Jonathan Shuff; siblings Sharon, Robert and William Daily and Lula Lane; and many extended family and friends who will miss her.

A memorial celebration of Carol Sue’s life will be held at a later date at the Lansing Baptist Church.
