Charlotte Murdock

Charlotte departed to be with the Lord on October 5, 2019. She was born to the late George Walker and Grace Neely on December 13, 1936 in Elmore, WV. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husbands, Clyde Murdock and Otis Stowers; her sisters, Blanche Hurt and Dollie Lilly; her brother George Neely, her daughter Kathy Lucas-Pauletto; and granddaughters Trina Johnston and Mary Ann Byrd.

Charlotte is survived by her sister: Betty LaRoach of Clinton Township, MI; her daughters:  Trisha Neely of Goodyear, AZ, Francis Johnston of Cool Ridge, WV, Diana Scott of Easley, SC, and Connie Faircloth of Ocean Isle Beach, NC; her son:  Richard Murdock of Easley, SC; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren; one great, great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews. 

She has been a resident of Pine Lodge nursing home for the past fourteen years.  She loved her family at Pine Lodge and often delighted anyone that would listen, with stories of days past and present. 

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, October 8 at the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens in Beckley, WV.
