Christina JoAnn Absher

Christina JoAnn Absher, 47, of Beckley passed away at home on August 10, 2022. She was born in Montgomery, West Virginia on November 15th, 1974 to Patricia Cooper, and Steven Kent Cooper. She graduated from Fayetteville High School, attended nursing classes, and worked in healthcare as a home health care worker. She is survived by her mother Patricia Cooper, and her brother Steven Kent Cooper II, two uncles, three aunts, and numerous cousins. Although she did not have any children, she enjoyed the children of her family, and friends. She was able to complete one of her dreams a few years ago by driving Route 66 to California, and stopping to see all of the many sites along the way. She especially enjoyed going to see Cher live in concert, and visiting Las Vegas. Services will be held at the St Francis De Sales Catholic Church in Beckley, West Virginia, on September 17, 2022 at 11:00AM. Christina will be dearly missed by her family, and friends.
