Clida “Regina” McKinney, Age 72 of New Richmond Bottom was born December 31,1948 at home in Anawalt WV to her late parents Alex B. and Mary Gladys Presley. Regina passed away February 19,2021 at Bowers Hospice House.

Regina is survived by her daughters: Adina Bryant of Beckley and Michelle Walls of Nevada.

Four grandchildren: Miranda Cook, Petty Officer 2nd-Class Devin Walls, Haley Phillips and Brandon Phillips. Two great grandchildren: Jaxton Cook and Jazzlynn Cook. Brothers Allen(JoAnn) Presley, Benny(Reva) Presley. Sister Diana Leonard. Three nieces and many friends that will miss her.

Regina loved music and dancing. She was Very loving, caring and free spirited. Honoring Regina’s wishes, she will be cremated and there will be no services.
