David Edward Sydenstricker, age 68, of Beckley, West Virginia, passed away on Thursday, November 13th, 2025 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, West Virginia.

David was born on May 8th, 1957 in Beckley, West Virginia, a son of the late Paul Sydenstricker, and Margaret Sloan-Sydenstricker. In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by his wife Theresa Sydenstricker, and sister Paula Sydenstricker.

He is survived by his sister Rebecca Stowers, of Beckley, West Virginia, and niece April Taylor(Alan) of Beaver, West Virginia.

David was a biker, always enjoying long rides on the open road on his beloved Harley Davidson. He was an accomplished musician, enjoying playing his drum kit. In his earlier years he also enjoyed hunting in the mountains of West Virginia, and playing 18 holes of golf on the many courses throughout Southern WV.

In accordance with David's wishes he will be cremated with no formal services being scheduled. Melton Mortuary and Cremation Center has been entrusted with arrangements and are honored to serve the Sydenstricker Family during this difficult time.
