Debra Kay (Williams) Jarrell passed away at the age of 54 on Thursday June 26, 2025.

She was born on April 16, 1971, the third of four children born to Ulysses Grant Williams and the late Linda Mae (Adkins) Williams of Lester, West Virginia.

Debbie is survived by her daughter Miranda Josette "Josie" (Jarrell) Donell and two grandchildren Taylor Marie and Tara Paige Massey of Whitesville, West Virginia; Her father, Ulysses Grant Williams of Lester, West Virginia, and her brothers, Eddie Williams of Sophia, Kevin Williams and his wife Christina of Cool Ridge, and Richard Williams of Lester. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and many special friends.

Debbie will be cremated on Monday June 30, 2025. In lieu of flowers, please send all Donations in her name to Melton Mortuary and Cremation Center, 1200 Harper Road, Beckley, WV 25801.
