Deloris "Dee" Faye Claypool

Deloris "Dee" Faye Claypool left her loved ones behind to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 1st, 2021, at the age of 60 in her home town of Beckley, West Virginia. Her long battle with cancer showed her courageous and feisty spirit. Despite the pain, Mom stayed strong to the end with a smile on her face, while saying she can't complain. She enjoyed shopping for others, (especially her grandchildren) reading, working crossword puzzles, relaxing on the porch while listening to her windchimes, and bickering with her son in law. Those left to cherish her memory include her children: Jonathon Claypool, Crystal Smith and husband Daniel, and Erica Claypool. Grandchildren:
Brianna Smith, Preston Smith, Alyxandria Smith, MacKenzie Claypool, and Aydin Claypool. Best Friend and Sister, Marlene Akers, and eight other siblings. Niece, Amanda Corbano. Friends that became family Mary Brown,  Judy Brown, Scott Bradford, and Bonita Thompson. In addition to her parents, Wilden, and Dorthy Claypool, she was preceded in death by five siblings and one niece. Mom never liked being the center of attention and per her request, there will be no services.
