Devin Ray Hall, 33 of Oak Hill, West Virginia, passed away on May 9th, 2023. He was born on June 17th, 1989 to Daniel Hall, and Kelley Shepherd-Hall in Akron, Ohio. Devin is preceded in death by his grandmother Loretta Jean Hall-Blackburn.
Those left behind to forever hold and cherish his memory are his father Daniel(Debra) Hall of Beckley, West Virginia, mother Kelley Parker of Plymouth Ohio, grandparents Bee and Phylistine Shepherd of Plymouth Ohio, step-grandfather Robert Blackburn of Fayetteville, West Virginia, grandfather Daniel Ray Hall Sr. of Clarksfield Ohio, brother Travis Tyler Hall of Vinita Oklahoma, son Brendon Hall of Oak Hill, West Virginia, and fiance' Tracy Sawyers of Oak Hill, West Virginia.
Devin was a proud US Marine Corps veteran, an avid fisherman, he was a family man always spending time with his son Brendon.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Melton Mortuary and Cremation Center, and according to Devin's wishes there will be no formal services.
