Along with his parents, Dylan is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother Gladys St. Clair; uncles Michael Wayne Blevins, Jr., Leonard St. Clair, Wayne Sams, and Greg Muzzleman; aunt Cheryl Sams; and his baby cousin Tiffany Sams.
Survivors include his loving nanny Linda and pawpaw Mike Blevins of Helen, WV; his beautiful son Grayson St. Clair and his mother, Alexis Johnson; Dylan's fiance', Angelina Mastrippolito, whom he loved very much and asked her to marry him; cousins Blake and Michael Blevins, Shelby, Brianna, and Chelsea Schell, Jimmy (Amanda) Milam and their two children Justin and Skylar; aunts Michelle Blevins and Sheila Milam; uncles Bill, David, and Steve St Clair and many extended family and friends who will miss him dearly. Dylan had a passion for music from the time he was a little boy. He had started playing his first guitar at the age of 11 and enjoyed other instruments. He had never learned how to read music but he became a master at learning how to play anything by ear. Some of his music videos may be seen on his Facebook and TikTok pages.
Dylan's family would like to acknowledge all of the staff, nurses, and physicians at Raleigh General Hospital for all of their hospitality and care.
