Elizabeth Ann Howington Jones

Elizabeth passed away on September 16th, 2024 at Bowers Hospice House from Heart failure due to complications from COVID. She was born on December 12th, 1979 in Beckley to James and Janet Howington. Elizabeth was a beloved daughter, wife, mother, sister, and friend who dedicated her life and career to serving the care of others.

Elizabeth was known for her cooking, positivity, kindness, generosity, dark sense of humor, absolute love of Christmas and she touched the lives of many. She loved supporting her children's sporting endeavors.
Despite facing challenges of her health battles, Elizabeth always maintained a positive outlook and fought bravely.

Elizabeth is survived by her husband and best friend of 25 years Mike, who in the last year proved what ' in sickness and in health' meant. Along with their children Hunter, Jaxson & Will, her mother Janet, her siblings Kelley, Adam, Jay, Kimberly and John, her cousins, especially Jamie along with her father-in- law JR, her sisters-in-law, Stephanie, April, and Jerri, nieces, nephews, great- nieces and nephew. Elizabeth will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Following Elizabeth's wishes, her memorial service will be private.
