Eva Mae Clay Hendrix McMillion

Eva Mae Clay Hendrix McMillion passed away on October 3rd, 2021 in Beckley, West Virginia, surrounded by her girls.

One of five children, Eva was born July 3rd, 1963 in Beckley, WV to Gloria Jean (Dunbar) and George Snowden Clay.

Along with her parents, Eva is preceded in death by her son Tommy Lee Hendrix II (2009) and her second husband Rexford Lee McMillion (2007).

Those left to cherish her memory include the father of her children and first husband, Tommy L. Hendrix, her three daughters; Susan Shutt (Emil) of Westminster, MD;  Jessie Copney (Brian) and Eva Louise Brown both of Beckley, WV. She also leaves behind seven grandchildren whom she loved very much; Brian Jr., Kailey, Brandon, Tommy, Leah, Greyson and Sofia.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 am on Thursday, October 7th, 2021 at the Sunset Memorial Park Mausoleum with son in law, Rev. Brian C. Copney officiating.  Words of comfort may be offered to her family by visiting www.meltonmortuary.com
