Frank James Owens Jr.

Frank James Owens Jr, 57 of Surveyor passed away on March 18th, 2020 following a long illness. Born December 9th, 1962 in Cleveland OH, Frank is the son of Frank James Owens Sr and Lillian Alice Jones Owens of Surveyor.

Frank is a former employee of Cooks Manufacturing Co. of Jessie WV. He attended Marsh Fork High School.

Besides his parents Frank is survived by; one sister, Debbie Owens Hatfield and her husband Jackie of Welch-Pineville Road, two brothers, Kenny Owens of Beckley, and Carl E. Owens and wife Tracy of Savannah GA, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts uncles and cousins also survive.

Due to the health risk posed by the COVID-19 virus, private funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Monday at the Melton Mortuary Chapel in Beckley with burial following in the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens in Prosperity.
