Franklin Lane Cox, 70, of Beckley, died Tuesday, July 27, 2021 in Raleigh General Hospital following a long illness. Born May 8, 1951 in Beckley, he was the son of the late Luther and Kathryn Cox. Franklin was a Retired Vietnam Veteran and an active member at Living Waters Baptist Church of Beckley. He was preceded in death by his parents and older brother Alvin “Dwayne” Cox. Survivors include wife Lisa L. Kozloski Cox, two children Franklin E. Cox and wife, Haley of Murfreesboro, Tenn. and Alyson R. Cook “Becky” and husband Brandon of Slab Fork, WV and 7 grandchildren, and two sisters.

A Celebration of Life Services will be 1:00 pm on Sunday, August 1, 2021 at Living Waters Baptist Church. 201 Jennings Street Beckley, WV 25801.
