Helen Faye Stone, age 67, of Sophia, West Virginia, gained her wings on Saturday, April 4, 2026 at Pine Lodge in Beckley, West Virginia.

Helen was born on June 26, 1958 in Beckley, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Louie Laverne Blevins and Thelma Irene Perkins. Helen enjoyed being outdoors gardening and tending to flowers when she was able. Helen loved her fur babies, and always took care of strays that would wander to the house. During her time at Pine Lodge her favorite activity was playing Bingo with all of the other residents that became her friends.

In addition to her parents, Helen is also preceded in death by her three brothers, Carlos, Paul, and Roger, and her two husbands, Roland Smith, and Patrick Stone.

Those left behind to forever cherish and hold her memories close are her, brother Arthur Blevins, Michael(Linda) Blevins, Ronnie(Sharon) Blevins, sister Sherry(James) Faust, and special nephew Brian Faust, and many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family and friends who will all miss Helen dearly.

A funeral service will take place for Helen on Monday April 13th, 2026 at 1:00pm with Pastor Danny Lusk officiating. The family will accept visitors beginning at 12:00pm until service time. Burial will follow at the Hot Coal Cemetery in Sophia, WV.
