Jake "Bill" Edward Massey of Naoma, West Virginia, passed away at 81 years old. He was born on March 10, 1943 in Pine Knob, West Virginia.
Bill was an avid hunter. He loved the outdoors and spent a lot of time riding his four wheeler into the mountains for an adventure. He also loved spending time with Dave "Junior" and Tim "The Smith Boy" to who he considered his sons as well. The family and friends will carry him to his final resting place.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Beatrice and Grady Massey, and his son Billy Massey.
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Carolyn Massey; sons, James "Blue" Massey and Lothar Massey; daughters, Angela "Angie" Massey and her companion Tim Smith, Crystal (David) Welch); grandchildren Natalie Massey and Jacob Welch; a loving dog, Skeeter; and many sisters, brothers, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
The family will have a private service honoring his wishes.
