James Ray Stuppio was born on September 12th, 1939 at Hill Top, West Virginia to Douglas and Rachel (Sumner) Stuppio. He passed away on February 9th, 2026 at Bowers Hospice House at the age of 86.

There will be no scheduled funeral services per his wishes.
