Jeana Rae Cooper of Daniels gained her heavenly wings on February 12, 2021. She was the daughter of the Late Erskine and Frances (Garrison) Dunn. She was preceded in death by her sister Mildred M. "Millie" Segle and her brother Thomas "Tinky" Dunn.
Survivors include her loving husband of 34 years, Melvin "Mel" Cooper; daughter Tiffany Murtha and her husband Jared along with their children Riley and Cora.

I’m so sorry to hear of your beautiful mom passing-she was so good to me when we were growing up. Because of your family I hold so many good memories and always felt so much love from you all-she was such a sweet soul. My heart aches for you but I know her time here on earth she lived a wonderful life and she is in Heaven waiting on us to get there!! My prayers are with you all-

Jeana and I were great friend in elementary school. We spent a lot of time together at her house and mine. We would go roller skating every Friday night. Saturday afternoon would find us at the movies. She was such fun to be around! The family is in my prayers.

February 21, 2021 1:38 PMThe Charleston General Hospital School of Nursing, Class of 1967, is saddened to learn of Jeana's passing. She was a wonderful person....so happy and kind. In recent years we were able to reconnect through Facebook, which led to phone calls and wonderful conversations. We each hold special memories of the funny things she said and special times we shared.
