Jeanne Elizabeth (England) Osborne

Jeanne Elizabeth Osborne, 74 of Beckley passed away at the Bowers Hospice House on Sunday August 30, 2020 due to dementia related illness.

Born on January 2, 1946 in Beckley, she was the daughter of the late Dallas and Margaret England of Crab Orchard.  Her son Bill Chidester of Coal City preceded her in death.

She was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School in 1963.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving family and friends, including her husband of 26 years Michael Osborne, son Jack Chidester and his wife Alison and their 2 sons Jacob & Liam.  Also Bill’s children Steven and Kaylee.

Two brothers Dallas England and wife Bobbie of Virginia Beach, Virginia.  Clyde England and wife Teresa of Bristol, Virginia.  Three Sisters Patty Shumate of Lexington Virginia, Francis Gilkerson and husband Dewaun of Crab Orchard, Jane Calvert and husband Joe of Crab Orchard.

Special friends and caregivers Beverly Mead and husband Ted, Nancy Blake and Shearell Thompson.

And a very special Thank You to Hospice of Southern WV for the care in the last year.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 3rd at 1:00 pm in the Melton Mortuary Chapel with the family receiving friends at 12 noon.  Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park.
