On April 14th, 2026, Jess gained her wings when God called her home after a long illness.

She was survived by her three children, Tristan Bailey, Autumn Bailey, and Skylar Bailey; her father Charles Tabor and his wife Cecile; her aunt Lynn Torres; her cousins Pamela Bailey, cousin Robert Smith, cousin Sheila Rakes; her uncle Danny Bailey and wife Frances Bailey, and numerous other cousins, extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother Wanda Bailey, grandmother Rosie Rakes Bailey, two sisters Erica Kay, and Dolly Mae Bailey.

Jessica was a mom first and foremost. She loved her children to no end. They were her whole world, and everything she did was to love, protect, and keep them happy. She was so proud of them. She was a fierce protector of them, and would say " Don't mess with my kids if you don't want to see mama bear come out." They knew that love and protection from her. She was a self made photographer in fact the best all around. A dream she made come true all on her own. Her beautiful work was an inspiration. She always tried to help anyone in anyway she could. She left behind so many memories; not only in the photos she took, but in everyone's life who knew her.

Jess had an abundance of friends. The circle of family and friends she had was huge. If she only knew how many she would be astonished. She will be missed by so many and be remembered as someone who always tried to do the best she could to help or be there for anyone who needed it. Yes she's gone from this earth but will always be here in our hearts and memories never far from us. Her spirit will love on in her photos that she put so much love into, and the happy smiles she always had for everyone even when she had nothing to smile about herself.

We will miss you dearly Jess. I know you didn't want to leave us, but I also know you were happy to see the family that you've missed so much when they left you here. Go with God, Rest in Peace, and Suffer no More. We love you with all of our hearts.
