Jessica Anne Billings passed away on June 14, 2025. Jessica was born on January 28th, 1990 a daughter of David Billings, and Beth Cassity. Jessica is preceded in death by her grandfathers David Billings Sr., and Walter D. Holt, and uncle Dennis Holt 

Those left behind to forever hold and cherish Jessica's memory are her two children Chance, and Anna, half sister Sidney, parents David Billings, and Beth Cassity, grandmothers, Billie Billings, and Clara Holt, uncle Scott Billings, aunt Juanetta Holt, and many other extended family and friends who will all miss Jessica dearly. 

Jessica was a free spirit, and a kind soul. She always followed her own arrow in life. Jessica never knew a stranger, and always tried to help those in need no matter her own situation. She was truly loved by everyone that knew her.  

A celebration of life will take place at Melton Mortuary Chapel, Beckley, WV, Monday June 30, 2025 at 7:00pm.  Friends may visit with the family from 5:00-7:00pm
