John Gordon Bartlett

John Gordon Bartlett, 64 of Daniels passed away Monday October 09,2023 at his home in Daniels. Born on July 01, 1959 in Philippi, West Virginia he was the son of the late Dossie Denzel Bartlett and Rhoda Maxine Elliot. John was a retired plumber/all-around handyman who loved what he did and was the very best at it.


Survivors include the love of his life of 36 years, Carolyn Bartlett; his three daughters Angela Johnson, Casey Samples, and Amanda Layne; three grandchildren Jake Samples, Killian Johnson, and Graci Layne; brother Joseph Bartlett and many cousins.


John enjoyed playing his guitars, listening to music especially his dear friend Ron Brunk, he loved spending quality time with his grandchildren and his long time friends. John was the best husband to his wife and the very best father to his three girls. His entire family will miss him more than anything on this entire earth.
