On Thursday, January 23rd, 2020, our most loved, Juanita Fay Collins passed into eternity at the age of 72.  

One of seven children, Juanita was born on July 21st, 1947 in McDowell County.   She was the daughter of the late Thomas Wilburn Booker and the late Naomi Belcher Booker Jones.   A brother, Bobby Booker has preceded her in death; as well as her only child, Donny Collins.  

She was the dear sister of Patty Mitchem, Diane Booker Donell, Janice L. Gwinn, Lillian Eldridge, and Bethel Redden; numerous nieces and nephews and her close friend and neighbor, Kathy McCoy.   Al of us shall forever cherish her memory.

Memorial Services will be Friday, January 31st, at 2:00 pm in the Melton Mortuary Chapel.   The family is receiving friends at 12 noon.
