Judy Ellen Moore, age 64, of Beckley, West Virginia, passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at her home in Beckley, West Virginia.

Judy was born June 06, 1961 in Shady Spring, West Virginia, a daughter of Carlos and Banna Plumley.

Judy was loved by her family and they miss her greatly.

Judy is preceded by her parents, Carlos and Banna Plumley; daughter, Amanda Plumley; sisters, Norma Farley, Joyce Kincaid, and Shirley Johnson; and brothers, Carlos Plumley Jr, Raymond Plumley, and Tolley Plumley.

Those left to remember Judy's memory are her sisters, Carol Bragg, Anna Louise Bragg, and Cathy Catter; and her soul mate, Bob Delahoussaye.
