Kathy Lynn Mullins, age 55, of Macarthur, West Virginia, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2024 at her home. Kathy was surrounded by her loving family when she went to be with the Lord. Kathy was born June 22, 1968 in Bluefield, WV, she was a daughter of Leslie Ray and Shelby Jean (Hutton) Walton.

She married the love of her life, Hurley Mullins in 1991. With their unification soon came her loving daughter, Stephanie Nicole Mullins. She also leaves behind a special bonus daughter, Jennifer Renee Warden and her husband Jeffrey, brother Doug and his wife Robin Walton, sister-in-law Theresa Walton, nephew Tyler and his wife Abbey Walton, and her niece Elizabeth Walton.

Along with her parents, Kathy is also preceded in death by her brother Leslie Ray Walton, Jr., nephew Jonathan Walton, and her friend and special care-giver, Karen Campbell.

Kathy grew up in Mullens and Rhodell and graduated from Mullens High School. She has been a resident of Mac Arthur for the past 11 years. She loved spending her free time with her friends and family and playing cards. Some of her favorites were UNO, SkipBo, Phase 10, and Rummy. If you found yourself lucky playing cards with Kathy, you may also have found yourself losing as she usually won. She will be greatly missed and loved by all her family and friends.

Services are Tentatively scheduled for Friday. The family would like to extend their gratitude to all of the Hospice Nurses and her favorite care-giver, Ashley Williams, who took great care of Kathy.
