Katy Irene Atha, age 48, of Scarbro, West Virginia, passed away Sunday, June 2, 2024 at her home in Scarbro, West Virginia.
Katy was born January 21, 1976 in Charleston, West Virginia, a daughter of George and Mary Raines Southard, she will be missed by her husband Randall Atha, sons Jordan Southard, Ronnie Cash, Billy Cash, Corey Cash and Nikolas Atha and sisters Melissa Clay and Traci Southard. Katy was a homemaker that enjoyed art, candle making, her dogs and she enjoyed films.
Katy was cremated at Melton Mortuary and Cremation Center in Beckley, WV. A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at Plum Orchard Lake, one of her favorite places, on June 16, with Ann Nolen officiating. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
