Kelli Ann Plumley, 52 of Beckley WV went to be with the Lord on December 10th, 2024, following a tragic accident.

Born on September 26th 1972 to her loving parents John and Annabelle (Gray) Smith, Kelli was their pride and joy.


Kelli enjoyed cooking for her family and caring for her chickens whom she knew by name, all 22 of them. Kelli took care of everyone; she was a model housewife. If you knew Kelli, you loved her she truly lit up a room with her presence.


She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents John and Garnett Smith and maternal grandparents Hubert and Dorothy Gray also, a son in law Cody Kincaid.


Those left to cherish her memories are her husband Paul Plumley of 34 years, her children Hannah Kincaid (Kevin Meadows) and Wyatt Plumley (Cassidy Plumley) 4 grandchildren Marley and Paul Tyler Kincaid, Johnathan "Oobie" Plumley and Steven "Pookie" Plumley. Her in-laws Emmett and Patty Plumley, an Uncle Forrest Gray (Karen), Aunt Darlene Moye, Sister in-law Bev Williams (Ronnie) and Brother-in-law Kevin Plumley (Stevie).


Kelli married the love of her life on December 30th, 1989, and from that day forward they were newlyweds, they were best friends and did everything together including raising their beautiful family whom Kelli absolutely adored she loved her children and grandchildren with every breath she took, they will forever cherish their momma and Mamaw Kelli. Kelli will live on through them all, she would want everyone to remember YOLO!!! (you only live once)
