Kelly Grace Douglas, 41, passed away peacefully on January 17, 2026 surrounded by the love of family. With hearts full of faith, we take comfort in knowing that she was welcomed into the loving arms of the Lord. Kelly's life was a testament to love, compassion, and devotion, and while her presence will be deeply missed on earth, we rejoice in the promise of eternal peace and reunion in Heaven.

She was born on June 15, 1984 in Beckley, WV, a daughter of George "Timmy" and Susan Shea.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Susan Shea; father-in-law, Jimmy Douglas; grandparents, Eulla Williams and Oscar Wright, Patsy Barker and George Shea; nephew, Tyler Evans; and her fur baby of 14 years, Coco.

Those left to cherish her memory are her father, George "Timmy" Shea and step-mother Teresa Shea; mother-in-law, Jeannie Douglas; high school sweetheart and husband, Jimbo Douglas; children who her life revolved around and she loved with her whole heart, Elijah (Ciara) Douglas, Kylah (Trey Allison) Douglas, Jennah Douglas, and Jonah Douglas; precious grandbabies, Hudson Allison and Amelia Douglas; sisters, Tiffany (Frank) Olds, Bridgett Meadows, Amanda (Cain) Runion, Marsha (Terry) Evans; sister-in-law, Haley Douglas; and a host of aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews and friends.

She loved spending her summer days out in the sun, playing with her grandbabies out in the yard, rocking in her favorite rocking chair on the porch and fishing trips with Jimbo and Jonah.

Her life was centered on her family. As a faithful wife and nurturing mother, she poured herself into caring for her loved ones, always placing their needs before her own. The love she gave so freely will forever be the foundation her family stands upon. Kelly showed extraordinary strength, grace, and quiet courage, never allowing hardship to diminish her faith or the depth of her love. Her strength, and unwavering love defined her life. The legacy she leaves behind will continue to guide and comfort those who loved her.

Kelly's wishes were to be cremated. A Memorial Service will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, January 24, 2026 at Pentecostal Freedom Church with Pastor Jeff Shea speaking, and Don and Landon Vest will be singing. A Memorial Visitation will begin 1 hour prior to the service. All those who wish to support the family and show their love for Kelly are invited to attend.
