Kenneth Treadway Obituary
Kenneth Albie Treadway, 85 of Artie, West Virginia, passed away on Saturday, May 6th, 2023. He was born on August 23rd, 1937 to the late Howard and Victoria(Burgess) Treadway. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his four brothers Scott, Nick, Delbert, and Lewis Treadway, one sister Lenore Mitchem.
Those left to cherish his memory include his children Krista(Jeff) Hundley, Keith(Taron) Treadway, three grandsons, Paul(Pam) Hundley, Andy(Shelley) Hundley, and Brandon Treadway, four great-grandsons , John, Sean, Ben, and Oliver, and one great-granddaughter Ansley Hundley,
brother Doyle Treadway of Portsmouth Ohio, sisters Nadine Torrie of Canal Fulton Ohio, and Mary Ann Shadrick of Goose Creek, South Carolina, and companion Lois(Treadway) Evans, and many other extended family and friends who will all miss Kenneth deeply. The family wants to offer special thanks to Diane Treadway for all her compassion and care during Kenneth's life.
Kenneth was a hardworking man, always working, and had a can-do attitude, and was a perfectionist in all the details of his work and life. Kenneth was also a US Navy Veteran serving on the aircraft carrier USS Ticonderoga.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Melton Mortuary and Cremation Center according to Kenneth's wishes no formal services will be held.
