Kevin Ray “Hooneyman” Davidson, 56, of Scarbro WV died Monday, August 24th, 2020 at the Bowers Hospice House following a two-year battle with cancer.
Kevin loved life and lived it to the fullest every day. He was a hard worker who loved his family and friends and was always there to lend a hand to anyone in need, Kevin loved spending time with his friends and family and had the most infectious laugh that brought a smile to anyone’s face who heard it. Kevin will be deeply missed by everyone he knew and will never be forgotten.
In tears, we saw you sinking,
We watched you fade away,
You faced your task with courage,
Your spirit did not sway,
God saw you getting tired,
When a cure was not to be,
So, he put his arms around you,
And whispered, “Come to me”.
So, when we saw you sleeping,
So peaceful and free from pain,
We could not wish you back,
To suffer that again.
Rest in Peace Hooneyman.
