Le Yie Wang, age 92, of Beckley, West Virginia, passed away Thursday, August 7, 2025.

He was born November 21, 1932 in China, and moved to America when he was an adult. Le Wang married the love of his life, Lu Lein Wang, and spent many years together before he passed.

Le Wang devoted many years working at Young Chow's restaurant in Beckley, West Virginia. He spent many years there as a cook until he opened his own restaurant China One, formerly known as Hunan's.

He loved spending time at the track watching races. It was something he loved to do as often as he could.

He is survived by his spouse Lee Lu Wang, other family members, and friends.

In accordance with his wishes, Le Wang will be cremated. A Private Service is being held in his honor for his family and friends.
