It is with deep sadness the BEST wife, mother, and maw-maw Nora Gene Hager of Glen Daniel went to her forever home of swimming and camping, on April 27, 2025 at the age of 60. To know Nora was to love her. Nora was born October 8th, 1964 to the late Lonzo Branam and Judy Dameron. Nora is also preceded in death by a brother James Branam, stepfather Ralph Dameron, her father in law George Hager, and two nephews Donovan Cochran and Adam Surratt.

Nora loved spending time with her grandchildren; they meant the absolute world to her. Wherever Maw-Maw was her babies wasn't far behind.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband Gregory who she adored, her children Gregory, and wife Kayla of Glen Daniel, daughter Amber and husband B.J. of Lester, one brother Frank Branam of Ohio, two sisters Joanie Thomas of Glen Daniel, Karen "Greg" Marshall of TN, grandchildren Brooklyn, Kolbie, Tucker, Douglas, Oaklee and Elroy, a very dear mother by marriage Ora of Glen Daniel, three sisters by marriage Ellen "Robert" of Coal City, Sandra Elizabeth "James" of Beckley, three brothers by marriage Dougie "Joyce" of Glen Daniel, Edwin "Sandy" of NC, and Henry of Glen Daniel, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

Nora's services will be held on May 2nd 2025 at 1pm at the Mattsville Community Church with Brother Robert Rutledge officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 12:00 noon. Burial will follow at the Snuffer Cemetery at Lake Stephens. Those carrying her to her final resting place will be her husband Greg, her son Gregory, her son in law B.J. her brother Frank, her brother in law Henry, nephew Josh, and grandsons Tucker, and Douglas.
