Palma Jean "PJ" Maynor, age 79, of Beckley, West Virginia, departed this world on
Saturday, June 21, 2025 after a short illness.

She was born February 9, 1946 in Pax, West Virginia, a daughter of William "Bill" and
Margie Maynor.

Palma was dedicated to her family. She devoted her time to taking care of her parents and
sisters to give them the love and care they needed. Palma retired from the Raleigh County
Magistrate's Court after many years of service. She enjoyed playing the piano and
cooking for her neighbors. Palma was the kind of person who would do what she could to
help those around her.

She was preceded in death by her parents and six siblings.

Palma is survived by her son, Roger "Kirk" (Ramona) Maynor; 3 grandchildren, ; many
great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; special friends Bill and Sharon Harris;
and the Barghouthi Family.

A Graveside Service will be held Friday, June 27, 2025, at 1:00 PM located at the Ewing
Creek Community Church with Pastor Loretta Taylor officiating. Burial will follow the
service at the Ewing Church Cemetery.
