Patricia Joyce Traybor, age 64, of Beaver, West Virginia, earned her heavenly reward on Saturday, June 15, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.

Patricia was born November 1, 1959 in Beckley, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Silas Bolen and Loretta Wills. She married the love of her life David Traybor, on June 21, 1986 in Bradley, WV . Patricia was raised Pentecostal. She was a devout member of the Beckley Church of God under Reverend F.D. Sexton and Pastor Harold Newsome , she was a stay at home mom, always taking care of her family. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, a devout christian woman, always studying her bible and favorite scripture verses.

She is greeted just outside the Eastern Gate by her husband of thirty years David Traybor, parents, and sister Linda Pack.

She is survived by two sons, Matthew(Carly) Traybor of Beaver, WV and Nathaniel Traybor of Shady Spring, WV, grandchildren Jackson, and Declan Traybor, sisters Liz(David) Petitt of Blue Jay, WV, Mary Bennett of Beaver, WV, brothers Wayne Bolen of Concord, NC, Jeff(Valeria) Bolen of Beckley, WV, and Bo(Lisa) Bolen of Concord, NC, and many other extended family and friends who will all miss her dearly.

A funeral service will take place for Patricia on Friday, June 21, 2024 at 1pm with Pastor Harold Newsome officiating in the Melton Mortuary Chapel. The family will accept friends and visitors two hours prior beginning at 11am. Interment will follow in the Sunset Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Doug and Lucy Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV.

The family would like to offer special thanks to the staff and doctors at Hospice of Southern West Virginia, the CAMC Carl Larson Cancer Center, and to the many friends who were with Patricia and the family during this difficult time.
