Regina Gale "Sugar bear" Williams, 48, of Beckley, West Virginia, passed away on October 27, 2025 at 6:06PM, Born on June 15, 1977, in Beckley, West Virginia, she brought warmth and joy to those around her throughout her life.
A devoted wife of 27 years, Regina shared a deep and enduring bond with her husband, David Williams. Together they built a loving family that was the center of her world. She was a proud and nurturing mother to her son Dakota Williams and his wife Haley Williams, and to her daughter Addisyn Williams and her boyfriend Charviea Wright and his son Nahmir Wright, Her love extended even further as a cherished grandmother to Zarianah Williams, Ellianah Williams, Madelyn Johnson, and Phoenix Williams.
Regina's family circle also included her father-in-law David Ray Williams; her brother Roger Lambert and his wife Katrina Lambert; her brother-in-law Jason Williams; and sisters-in-law Sara Williams and Lora Carter with her husband Bruce Carter. Each of them held a special place in Regina's heart.
She was preceded in death by several beloved family members: her mother-in-law Mable Williams; grandmother Maxine Lambert; uncles Frankie and Ronnie Lambert; stepfather Ralph Deal Sr.; and father Randy Lilly. Their memories remained close to Regina's heart throughout her life.
Regina found joy in the simple pleasures that made each day brighter. She loved crafting and coloring-especially diamond art-and could often be found playing on her computer or enjoying shopping trips. Above all else, she treasured time spent with her grandchildren, whose laughter brought light into every corner of her life.
Her faith as a Baptist Christian guided her spirit with compassion and strength. Those who knew Regina remember her as loving, funny, caring, and deeply compassionate-a woman whose presence brought comfort and happiness to everyone around her.
The Funeral Service honoring Regina will be held on Thursday, November 6th at 1 pm at Melton Mortuary with Pastor Luke officiating. The family will receive visitors beginning at 12 pm. Burial will follow the service at the Evan's Family Cemetery.
