Robert "Bob" Alfred Condon, age 83, of Fayetteville, West Virginia, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at Bowers Hospice House.

Bob was born on December 13, 1942 in Bath, Maine, a son of the late Alfred Philbrook Condon and Hazel Mae Corey (and step-father Francis Lebel). He married the love of his life, Jan Condon on July 21, 1969 in Portland, Maine and settled in Gorham, Maine to raise their family. Bob was a hardworking man devoting many years of his life as a welder for various companies, and shipyards throughout his career. Bob was a graduate of Morse High School in Bath, Maine class of 1962 where he enjoyed participating in athletics. In his later years Bob was an avid fan and player of golf, and up until his final moments he was asking for updates on the Masters Tournament. Bob also enjoyed cribbage, crossword puzzles, and sneaking scraps to the family dog, Zane. He resided with his wife, Jan, for many years in Sun City Center, Florida and they leave behind many wonderful friends there. Above all he enjoyed spending time with his beloved wife who he was devoted to every day that they were together. His family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were the light of his life.

In addition to his parents, Bob is also preceded in death by his loving wife Jan, brother, Peter Lebel, and sister Deborah Lebel.

Those left behind to forever hold and cherish Bob's memory are his three children, Crissa Farr, Manny Condon, and Kelly Sellers and son-in-law Mike Sellers, grandchildren; Jessica Baker, Ryan James, Amanda Patrick, Lindsey Klein, and Julia Condon, Great-Grandchildren; Katelyn, Camden, Jake, and Emily, brothers Paul Lebel, and Greg Lebel, and many other nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends who will all miss Bob dearly.

The family would like to offer special thanks to the staff and doctors at Hospice of Southern WV for all their compassion, professional care, and love shown to Bob and the family during his final moments.

Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Melton Mortuary and Cremation Center who are honored to serve the Condon family during this challenging time.
