Robert " Bob" E. Morgan

Robert "Bob" Morgan of Glen Daniel, West Virginia passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family and loved ones on September 27th, 2025 at Select Specialty Hospital in Charleston, West Virginia. Bob was born in Wheeling, WV and had resided in West Virginia for the biggest portion of his adult life. He was a United States Army Veteran with 23 years of service upon retiring as a Master Sergeant.

Bob was preceded in death by his father, Richard Morgan; mother, Helen Baker Morgan; brother, Ricky Morgan; and grandson, Ethan Honaker.

He is survived by his wife, Faye Morgan; mother-in-law, Mary Morgan; sons, Kyle and Jon Morgan of Florida; son, James "Jimmy" Morgan of Nevada; step-daughter, Brittany Honaker and son-in-law, Bret Dodson and their children, Chloe and Benjamin; stepson, Dale Honaker and daughter-in-law, Cheyenne Lilly Honaker of Virginia; brother-in-law, Don Morgan and his wife, Nikki Morgan and their children, Shyann and Ella Morgan; as well as several brothers and sisters residing throughout the US.

Bob spent his days being a loving spouse, father, brother, and hard worker. He worked 22 years at different surface mines. With his biggest memories and friendships at Progress Coal and Pax surface mines. Bob loved WVU football, the Minion movies, lots of jokes and sarcasm galore.

To know Bob is to love Bob and he left lots of memories for us to look back on and cherish forever.
