Mr. Ronald ("Skin") Eugene Penn, 79, of Beckley, WV died November 19, 2024.

He was born August 4, 1945 in Cranberry, WV. He was the son of the late Hunn and Mary Catherine (Empy) Penn. He was a lifelong resident of Beckley, WV and a veteran of the United States Army.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Norma ("Rita") Penn; brothers Sylvester ("Bubba"), James ("Mutt"), Leonard ("Piggy"), David ("TomBoy"), William ("Bill"), Raymond ("Jack"), and Charles ("Bo"); and sisters Gladys ("Whickey") Redman, Geraldine Martin, Betty Poindexter, Charlotte ("Lynn") Jackson, and Mary ("Baby Sister") Burnes.

Those left to cherish his memory are his only daughter, Rachelle ("Shelli") Martin; grandchildren RaQuelle ("Kel") English and RaJon Staunton; great-grandson Kenzo Kaba; brother Donald ("Mike") Penn of Philadelphia, PA; sister-in-love Jacqueline (Jones) Penn of Minden, WV; and a host of other family friends, and loved ones.

A celebration of Mr. Penn's life will be held in the Melton Mortuary Chapel on Saturday November 30, 2024 at 1:00pm. The family will accept friends beginning at 1230pm.

The family of Ronald Penn would like to graciously thank everyone for their prayers, cards, and words of comfort.
