Terry McKinney

Terry McKinney Sr., 75, of Mullens went home to Heaven April 18, 2020.

    He is preceded in death by his mother Violet McKinney, and his father Dewey McKinney. Along with two sisters, Linda McKinney and Judy Hall.

    Survivors are his sons Terry McKinney Jr. and Donald McKinney. Daughter-in-law Morgan and grandson Jameson. Brenda Waycaster, whom he was married to for 22 years. Sisters including, Janie Thomas, Phyllis Ball, Sandra Lingerfelt, and Betty Segar.

    Terry worked in the coal mines. He enjoyed fishing. He was not one to sit still. From the time his feet hit the floor he was busy. He took pride in everything. He kept his car and home immaculate. He wouldn’t leave the house until his hair was combed just right. 

    He took care of everyone. If you needed anything all you had to do was ask. He was loyal and loved his family fiercely. He was extremely proud of his two sons.

   In lieu of flowers, please donate to the American Heart Association. There will be a memorial service at a later date.
